Our ranching roots stretch back more than a century — cattle, horses and haying, with a lot of hunting and fishing mixed in. That history shapes how we approach the land today: practical, respectful and focused on keeping rural property productive, accessible and well cared for.

Cattle, horses and haying taught us how rural land works. Growing up in fire-prone areas, we have more experience with fire than we’d like — part of why we cut firebreaks and reduce fuel today.

Our mission is simple: help landowners get acreage back under control and keep it there — with the right equipment for the job and a clear plan before any work begins.
Practical
Not every overgrown property needs expensive forestry mulching. We brush hog where it’s feasible and mulch where it’s necessary — saving you time and money.

We keep rural property productive, accessible and well cared for, and we work around the trees you want to keep.

Logan Land & Ranch Services is located near Tulsa with convenient access to major highways and the turnpike system. Our primary service area follows the Tulsa-area east/west highway and turnpike corridors and surrounding rural communities.
We also consider larger projects elsewhere in northeast Oklahoma.
