About these terms
These terms apply to your use of loganlandandranch.com (“this site”), run by Logan Land & Ranch Services (“we,” “us”). By using this site, you agree to them; if you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
The work we do on your land is covered by your estimate and what we agree with you for that job, not by this page.
How we handle your information is covered by our Privacy Policy.
Information on this site
We work to keep this site accurate and up to date, but it’s general information about our services, not a quote or advice for your particular property. Services, specials, service areas and hours can change without notice.
Photos on this site are for illustration. Most are stock and public-domain photographs of other land and equipment, not pictures of our own jobs.
Firebreaks and fuel reduction lower wildfire risk and help prepare your property. No service can guarantee a fire won’t reach it.
Estimates and pricing
Nothing on this site is an offer or a quote. Your price comes from your estimate: before work begins, you’ll know what areas are included, what work will be performed and with what equipment, what is not included and what the project will cost.
We don’t charge a flat per-acre rate. Acreage matters, but so do the vegetation, terrain, rocks, wire, stumps or debris, equipment access and travel distance. Small projects are subject to a minimum service charge.
Many properties can be estimated from photos, acreage information and satellite imagery; more complicated projects may need an in-person visit first. Tell us about rocks, wire, stumps, debris and other obstacles up front — they affect the work and the price.
Seasonal specials
Seasonal specials change throughout the year, and we can change or end one at any time. A special covers what it says — for example, a set number of hours of work for a set price — and what those hours cover depends on your property’s vegetation, terrain and access. Call or text to confirm availability; the details that apply to your job are the ones in your estimate.
Your property
When you ask for an estimate or book work, you confirm that you own the property or have the owner’s permission for the work, and that what you tell us about it is accurate as far as you know.
Using this site
Please use this site lawfully, and don’t:
- try to break into, overload or disrupt it, or the services behind it;
- copy or scrape it in bulk, or pass off our content as your own;
- send spam, false requests or anything unlawful or harmful through the estimate form or our contact details.
Our name, logo and content
The Logan Land & Ranch Services name, logo and company seal are ours. This site’s text, design and photos are ours or used with permission (some photos are in the public domain). You’re welcome to link to and share our pages; please ask before reusing anything else.
Other websites and services
Our estimate request form runs on Carrd, our maps come from Google Maps and our Facebook page is hosted by Facebook. Those companies have their own terms and privacy policies, and we’re not responsible for their services or content.
No warranties; limited liability
We provide this site “as is.” We can’t promise it will always be available, free of errors or up to date, and to the extent the law allows, we make no warranties about it, express or implied.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, relying on its general information or using the outside services it links to. This doesn’t limit what we’ve agreed with you for a job, or any rights the law doesn’t allow us to limit.
Oklahoma law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any dispute about them or this site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.
