How far we go

Close to Tulsa — and farther for larger projects

Logan Land & Ranch Services is located near Tulsa with convenient access to major highways and the turnpike system.

  1. The Tulsa-area corridors

Our primary service area: the towns on the map and the rural communities around them, along the highway and turnpike corridors east and west of Tulsa.

  2. Larger projects across northeast Oklahoma

We also consider larger projects elsewhere in northeast Oklahoma. Tell us the location, the approximate acreage and what’s growing.

  3. Distance is part of the estimate

Travel distance is one of the factors in every estimate, along with acreage, vegetation, terrain and access. Small projects carry a minimum service charge — hauling equipment is part of every job.

  4. Not sure? Send a few photos.

Text your property location and a few photos to 918-268-3138. Many properties can be evaluated remotely from photos, acreage and satellite imagery; complicated projects may need a site visit.

What we do

Three services, one custom plan

We get overgrown acreage back under control — and keep it there — with a custom plan that uses brush hogging where it’s feasible and forestry mulching only where it’s necessary.

  • Orange tractor pulling a rotary cutter through tall weeds in a pasture, with wooded hills behind.

    Brush Hogging

Heavy-duty mowing with a 12-foot batwing brush hog for tall grass, weeds, briars, light brush and small saplings. Often the most economical first step when land is overgrown but doesn’t need heavy clearing.

    • Pastures
    • Vacant acreage
  • Red tracked forestry mulcher with a drum head on a bed of freshly mulched brush at a woodland edge.

    Forestry Mulching

For growth too heavy to mow. A skid-steer mulching head shreds cedars, saplings, vines and brambles into coarse mulch — and its six-foot footprint lets us leave the trees you want.

    • Cedars
    • Dense brush
  • Country lane through hardwoods and cedars in low golden light, with a wooden rail fence on the right.

    Land Clearing

    • Deer Season Special
    • Fire Mitigation Special

Clearing and opening up rural land for how you use it — from firebreaks and hunting land to trails, access roads and the edges around fence lines and ponds.

    • Firebreaks
    • Hunting land prep

Photos that help us estimate

For the quickest, most accurate first look, text us:

  • A wide shot of the property
  • The typical vegetation
  • The worst of the growth
  • Your gate & equipment access

We may still need to see it in person, but photos give us a much better idea.
