The short version
- This site uses Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages people use. It has no advertising pixels.
- The information we keep is what you send us: your name, how to reach you, and the details and photos of your property.
- We use it to answer you, prepare your estimate and do the work.
- We don’t sell or rent your information, or share it for anyone else’s marketing.
- Ask anytime to see, correct or delete what we have — call or text 918-268-3138.
Who we are
Logan Land & Ranch Services is an owner-operated brush hogging, forestry mulching and land clearing business based near Tulsa, serving northeast Oklahoma. When you contact us, you’re talking directly with the owner-operator.
This policy covers loganlandandranch.com (“this site”), our estimate request form and the calls, texts and emails you send us. “We,” “us” and “our” mean Logan Land & Ranch Services.
Information you give us
- Estimate requests. Our estimate request form asks for your name, email address and phone number, and a message about the job — the property’s general location, the acreage, the kind of work, the condition of the land, any hazards and when you need it done. The form runs on Carrd, the website service that hosts it, and Carrd delivers your request to us.
- Calls, texts and emails. When you call, text or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us or send us, including photos of your property.
- Facebook. If you message us on Facebook, we see what you send there, and Facebook’s own privacy policy covers that conversation.
- When you hire us. We also keep what we need to do the job and keep our records: the property location, the work we agreed on, the dates, and the estimate and payment details.
Information collected automatically
- Google Analytics. This site uses Google Analytics to see how people use it: which pages are viewed, how visitors found the site (a search, a link or typing the address), and the general type of device and browser and approximate location (city or region, worked out from the IP address). It stores cookies whose names start with “_ga” in your browser so a return visit can be told apart from a new one; they’re the only cookies this site sets. Google collects and processes this information as described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We see totals and trends in its reports, not who you are.
- No advertising pixels. This site doesn’t use a Facebook (Meta) pixel or advertising tags. Its fonts and photos are served from this site, not from outside services. It doesn’t respond to a browser’s “Do Not Track” setting; to opt out of Google Analytics, see “Your choices” below.
- Server logs. Like any website, this site runs on a hosting provider whose servers automatically record basic technical details about each request — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time — to deliver the site and keep it secure. We don’t use them to identify you.
- Google Maps. The map on our homepage and the interactive map on our Service Areas page come from Google Maps. The homepage map loads as you scroll to it; the Service Areas one loads only if you choose “Show interactive map.” When a Google map loads, your browser connects to Google, which receives your IP address and may set its own cookies, as described in Google’s privacy policy.
- FAQ search. The search on our FAQ page runs in your browser. What you type isn’t sent to us or anyone else.
How we use your information
We use the information you send us to:
- reply to your calls, texts, emails and estimate requests;
- look over your property — through your photos, the details you send and satellite imagery of the location — and prepare your estimate;
- schedule and do the work, and follow up with you about it;
- keep the business records we need, such as estimates and payments;
- keep this site working and secure.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests, messages, photos and job records for as long as we need them to do the work, answer questions about it later and keep the records the law requires. After that, we delete them.
Your choices
- Ask what information we have about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We’ll do it unless we need to keep something for work we’re doing for you or for records the law requires.
- Tell us whether you’d rather we call, text or email, and we’ll reach you that way.
- Opt out of Google Analytics on every website with Google’s opt-out browser add-on, or by blocking its cookies.
- Block or clear cookies, including Google’s, in your browser’s settings. The interactive map on our Service Areas page loads only if you ask for it.
To ask, call or text 918-268-3138 or email loganranching@gmail.com.
Keeping it safe
This site is served only over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we take reasonable care with the information you send us. No website, email or phone system is completely secure, though, so please don’t send bank or card numbers, Social Security numbers or passwords through the form, by text or by email.
Children’s privacy
This site is meant for adults looking for land services. It isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.
Changes to this policy
If what we collect or how we use it changes — for example, if we ever add advertising to this site — we’ll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
